Panagiota Digkoglou is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Macedonia, where her thesis concerns the application of Multiple-Criteria Decision Aiding to environmental problems.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in Information Systems.
For the last 7 years, she has successfully managed EU-funded projects fostering environmental education and social innovation. Her research andtraining programmes focus on resource conservation, sustainable development, and continuous professional and personal growth.
She is also proficient in digital skills such as website development, communication, and dissemination.

Manolis Apostolidis is a pharmacist who turned to literary studies, with a Ph.D. in
Creative Writing at the University of Dundee.
His interdisciplinary research is focused on mental health and neuroscience as portrayed in fiction, and the problematics of identity as they emerge both textually and neurologically.
He has published fiction widely in Greek magazines and anthologies. He is a translator of prose and poetry and has worked with Greek and English in both directions. He is an expert in developing interdisciplinary projects that harness the impact of creative interventions to achieve learning objectives and social impact.

Theofani Lola is a communication, content, and social media professional with extensive experience in strategic communication, digital campaigns, and event management across creative agencies, cultural institutions, and international organisations.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences and a Master’s degree in New Media Communication and Culture from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with additional academic background in European Studies at Maastricht University.
Over the past decade, she has contributed to high-visibility projects and large-scale events in Greece and abroad, including EU-funded initiatives. Her professional focus includes content strategy, storytelling, media relations, and audience engagement, supported by strong expertise in copywriting, social media management, and digital dissemination.
