Zespół Szkół w Jodłowej
The Jodłowa School Complex is a public secondary school located in Jodłowa, in the Dębica County (Podkarpackie Voivodeship). The school employs 20 teachers and educates 103 students. The school offers general education, culminating in the Matura exam, which prepares graduates for higher education or further professional development. The institution ensures high-quality teaching, supports the comprehensive development of students, and actively implements national and international educational projects that develop linguistic, digital, social, and intercultural competencies. Thanks to its dedicated teaching staff and modern approach to education, the school creates a friendly environment conducive to students’ academic and personal success.
In the MicroPlastLess project, the School Complex in Jodłowa plays a key role as one of two partner schools, responsible for a range of substantive, organizational, and implementation tasks.
Barbara Golec
Barbara Golec is a Business and Management teacher at the Secondary School in Jodłowa. She holds a university degree in accounting and financial management and has extensive experience in educational management and implementing educational projects.
From 2011 to 2021, she served as principal of the School Complex in Lubcza, where she initiated and coordinated numerous initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education and developing international cooperation. In September 2026, she will assume the position of principal of the Primary School in Jodłowa.
She is an experienced Erasmus+ project coordinator, successfully implementing international partnerships, mobility, and student and teacher exchanges. In her work, she focuses particularly on developing key competencies, intercultural education, innovative teaching methods, and building lasting cooperation between schools in various European countries. She has implemented numerous international projects and meetings supporting the development of participants’ linguistic, social, and professional competencies.
Barbara Golec is also actively involved in local community activities and civic education. Her experience includes managing educational institutions and successfully acquiring and implementing projects financed by the European Union.
In her private life, she is passionate about gardening and enjoys reading reportage and traveling, drawing inspiration from discovering new places, cultures, and people.
Łukasz Wojciechowski
Łukasz Wojciechowski is a computer science teacher and pedagogue at the School Complex in Jodłowa. In his work, he combines knowledge of modern technologies with a commitment to developing students’ digital and social competencies. He utilizes innovative teaching methods, promoting the conscious and safe use of information and communication technologies.
He actively participates in educational and international projects, including the Erasmus+ program, supporting the development of young people’s digital, linguistic, and intercultural competencies. He is involved in organizing school events and initiatives utilizing modern technologies in education, contributing to improving the quality of education and the school’s openness to international cooperation.
As an educator, he supports students in their personal and educational development, ensuring a friendly atmosphere conducive to learning and collaboration. He devotes particular attention to developing creativity, problem-solving skills, and the responsible use of digital tools.
He continually develops his professional skills, following the latest trends in education and technology to effectively prepare young people for the challenges of the modern world.
With extensive experience in European educational projects, Alina Ramona Vlad actively contributes to initiatives that foster cultural exchange, environmental awareness and active participation in community life. She strongly believes that language learning can serve as a bridge between cultures and a catalyst for positive social change. Through her involvement in Erasmus+ activities and sustainability-focused projects, she encourages young people to embrace diversity, develop a global perspective, and take an active role in building a more inclusive and environmentally responsible future.
